Hello and welcome to my blog. Let me introduce myself. My name is Mark Nantel. I will be writing about health and nutrition, and other related topics that I hope will peak your interest. I've been a health guru for about 5 years. During that time, I've learned many things, talked to many different people on this subject, and read and surfed the internet for research.
Some of the many health topics I will be writing about will be on general health and well being, exercising and fitness, supplements, herbs, alternative medicine, diet, and even metaphysics. The information I will lay out will be the accumulation of everything I've learned up to now and present. I am not here to treat, diagnose, or cure anyone, nor to advise anyone about there practioner, but simply to give you information about health.
That being said, I hope this information will be helpful, interesting and educational for everyone, including myself. You may not agree with everything I have to say about health. That's fine with me because you don't have to believe me, but do your own research and do your own thinking. Know one could ask for more. Thank you.
