I don't remember high school being this much fun, but what the hell!  This was nine bucks well spent! Four best friends, being 18 year-old virgin men, have made a pact to lose their virginity by prom night. In their numerous failed attempts, they learn a lot about the opposite sex, and themselves. Too bad these lessons come at the price of experiencing the most embarrassing moments of their lives.

Now this is what movie-making is all about! You don't need a big budget and a bunch of big names to make a movie worthwhile, as director Paul Weitz has taught us. American Pie is an unbelievably funny movie, and equally as moving. I'll be buying this one as soon as it's released. One more thing...this is not just a guy flick! Ladies, you'll enjoy this one even more than the drooling men around you! American Pie rises to a well deserved 4 on the Kevo-Meter!
