   Effect: Used to Evolve a Male Kirlia into Gallade and a Female Snorunt

   Location: Gallactic Warehouse, Victory Road, Pickup item at higher levels

   Effect: Used to Evolve Misdreavus into Mismagius and Murkrow into

           Delcatty.
